✅ When Can You Request a Return?

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing items in the package

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after the allowed return window
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or non-returnable products (if mentioned)

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will guide you through the pickup or shipping process
  • In case of our error (damaged / wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • For other eligible cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer

💰 Refund or Replacement

  • Approved returns are eligible for replacement or refund
  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
  • GST adjustments will be made as per invoice rules

📦 Packaging Guidelines

  • Original box, tags, and accessories are intact
