✅ When Can You Request a Return?
You can request a return under the following conditions:

- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing items in the package
⏱️ Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after the allowed return window
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or non-returnable products (if mentioned)

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping
- If the return is approved, we will guide you through the pickup or shipping process
- In case of our error (damaged / wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by us
- For other eligible cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer
💰 Refund or Replacement
- Approved returns are eligible for replacement or refund
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
- GST adjustments will be made as per invoice rules
📦 Packaging Guidelines
Please ensure:
- Product is unused
- Original box, tags, and accessories are intact
- Proper packaging to avoid transit damage
